Our pricing structure is designed to offer flexibility and meet the diverse needs of students. Learners can choose between monthly or yearly plans based on their preferred level of commitment. The Fee and Schedule Plan is structured around three main elements: tuition fees, course duration, and teacher availability. Tuition fees vary depending on the number of weekly sessions, the length of each session, the type of course (general or specialized), and the student’s proficiency level. Course duration is determined by the total weekly hours allocated to learning, with most courses spanning approximately one year. Teacher availability ensures that students receive consistent instruction during scheduled classes as well as timely feedback and guidance outside of class hours.

Refund Policy – Online Quran School

At Online Quran School, our fees are scheduled on a monthly basis. We offer a full refund if a student withdraws before the start of classes.

Once classes have commenced and the student has attended even one session, refunds are not available.

If, for any reason, we are unable to provide the scheduled classes and the fee has already been paid, we will refund the amount after deducting a nominal processing fee.

In case classes are postponed or held for any reason, the balance can be transferred to the next month’s classes only. If the refund processing fee exceeds the amount paid, no refund will be issued.

This policy ensures fairness and clarity for all students and parents.
